Three Things you need to Lose Weight Part 3

So, one of the things also that I did to lose weight was I realized that I was actually exercising too much five days a week. I’m not going to say that I won’t probably get back to doing that but what I started out doing that was walking every day it’s probably one of the most healthy things you can do um walking not getting on the treadmill, not anything else going out in nature and getting some Sun in your body, there’s all kinds of reasons why that’s amazing for you but I walked every day and then I exercised 30-minutes three times a week, doing some squats and push-ups and sit-ups those kind of things planks you know different things like that, and actually started to relax my body and it’s more effective because I’m just not doing it every single day you know.
