So, also now I want to talk about three things that you need to lose weight and these are all important and we miss a couple of them, so yes, exercise and diet super important everybody says you know you got to exercise and diet and all this other stuff but a lot of people don’t realize that you also have to rest, that resting is super key because when you’re working out and you’re breaking down all those muscles, they need to repair themselves and when you’re repairing your they’re repairing themselves, that’s when the magic happens and you’re going to start to lose weight.

So, some of us can actually overwork ourselves stress ourselves our bodies out from all this exercise and starving ourselves and all these other things that were actually not losing weight and that can actually not be good because then we start to give up because we don’t see things working.
