Now I wanted to talk about what my 94-year-old grandma eats and what are the things I know when I was starting to diet and I was looking at this girl was skinny and she said she lost like 270 pounds or something and I don’t know how is that possible! But she did say that when she started looking up different words around dieting and eating and finding out what works for her body and what didn’t work and research.

Because there is so much data that goes one way and the data that goes in other so it’s a good idea to have an open mind and to look at the stuff to see how it affects you as everyone’s body is different! So we have to experiment different things to see what works and the reason why I like holistic natural stuff is that you can really experiment with all kinds of different things and there aren’t lots side effects.
