Okay, so some of you guys may know that I lost a lot of weight within the last year and I’ve just been feeling better and healthier, I mean of course but you know losing weight definitely feels good, it looks good and I’m a lot happier.

So, one of the things that I do to lose weight was I didn’t start calorie counting and I wasn’t really taking a lot of bad foods out of my diet, I really what I was doing was adding to my diet, a lot of good foods, nutrient-dense foods, so I was looking at foods that have more nutrients in them than most of the other foods and eating a lot of those and you know adding stuff like coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and raw chocolate into my diet, raw cocoa powder, it’s amazing so and it’s not that expensive and it actually suppresses your appetite a little bit and you’re getting really good nutrients in your body and I’m instead of eating for… Eating Better is Easy Part 1
