What my Grandma eats! She is 94yrs old and she has a really good health for her age.
I decided to ask her what she eats. So, she eats salt on everything and she eats real butter not the modern one, she would never touch modern only the natural butter! She eats a lot of natural whole foods. Another thing that she does is that she walks and there are so many studies on that.
Walking is so important for your immune system. It’s like you walk 30 mins a day its like a thousands milligrams of vitamin c. That’s amazing! So walking is super important and eating real food too.
